These announcement on this regard was made via an Workplace Memorandum (OM), dated September 20, by the Division of Personnel and Coaching (DoPT), mentioned Monetary Categorical in a report.

For promotion from Stage 1 to Stage 2, the minimal qualifying service wanted is 3 years, the revised norms stipulate.
