MSNBC’s Jen Psaki stated it’s “laborious to think about” former President Donald Trump’s mug shot making him “extra interesting” forward of the 2024 presidential election.
The host, in a e-newsletter forward of Sunday’s episode of her MSNBC program, argued that Trump thinks the mug shot is a “political winner” for him following his arrest at Georgia’s Fulton County Jail on prices tied to efforts to alter the outcomes of the 2020 presidential election within the state.
“He thinks it is a political winner for him. However as New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu instructed me in an interview that airs Sunday, ‘independents hate it,’” wrote Psaki, a former White Home press secretary within the Biden administration.
“The actual fact stays that Trump goes to want to increase his voting base to win a basic election.”

The discharge has reportedly pushed Trump-linked teams – and the former president’s son Donald Trump Jr. – to fundraise off the mug shot, The Hill reported. The previous president has raised over $7 million since being booked within the Georgia jail, the Trump marketing campaign instructed the outlet on Saturday.
