Congress chief Rahul Gandhi Wednesday braved the rain for the second time in Karnataka throughout his Bharat Jodo Yatra. A torrential downpour began when the rally was barely 2 km from Hirenahalli toll plaza – the vacation spot for Wednesday’s march.
