A 19-year-old man was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of homicide after a deadly Sunday taking pictures close to Denver’s Metropolis Park.
Dewayne Dietz was recognized as a suspect on surveillance footage and arrested on investigation of first-degree homicide, second-degree homicide and aggravated theft, the Denver Police Division stated in a information launch.
Round 12:41 a.m. Sunday, Denver officers responded to reviews of a taking pictures in an alley between the 1400 block of Columbine Avenue and the 1400 block of Josephine Avenue, simply south of East Colfax Avenue, police stated within the launch.
