Morgan Stanley lowered the agency’s value goal on Northern Belief (NTRS) to $125 from $127 and retains an Equal Weight score on the shares. The agency, which notes that the S&P 500 shed about 3% and the 10-year UST yield rose higher than 15 foundation factors within the second half of December, is decreasing estimates for shopper asset ranges at belief banks and notes {that a} greater 10-year yield reduces the capital return outlook.
