Donald Trump says he ordered army airstrikes on a senior Islamic State (IS) assault planner and others from the organisation in Somalia.
“These killers, who we discovered hiding in caves, threatened the US and our Allies,” Trump posted on social media.
“The strikes destroyed the caves they reside in, and killed many terrorists with out, in any method, harming civilians.”
Trump didn’t title any of the folks focused in strikes.
