Abstract
Crown Fortress is a home communications infrastructure REIT. Together with 2024 outcomes, the corporate introduced that it was restructuring after a strategic assessment. Going ahead, the REIT will hold its operations that personal and lease about 40,000 towers whereas promoting their small cell and fiber enterprise. At year-end, CCI had operations in 49 states with each single-tenant and colocation towers, together with 105,000 small cells and 90,000 route miles of fiber. The small cell and fiber enterprise accounted for about one-third of whole revenues. Inside every phase, annual website rental revenues accounted for about 95% of revenues and repair charges for the rest.
