Prime Minister Narendra Modi travelled to Anuradhapura in north-central Sri Lanka and launched two India-assisted railway initiatives on Sunday.

As a particular gesture, the Sri Lankan authorities launched 14 Indian fishermen, a day after Prime Minister Modi referred to as for approaching the problem of fishermen in a “humane” method throughout his talks with Lankan President Anura Kumara Dissanayake.
