Ruckus over Waqf amendment disrupts proceedings as J&K House session resumes | India News

THE Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Meeting was adjourned for quarter-hour on Monday morning following protests from ruling Nationwide Convention members after their adjournment movement to debate the Waqf amendments handed by Parliament was disallowed by Speaker Abdul Rahim Slightly on the grounds that the matter was pending adjudication earlier than the Supreme Courtroom.
