2000 extra buses from Bengaluru during Ugadi and Eid festivals | Bangalore News

The Karnataka State Street Transport Company (KSRTC) introduced on Wednesday that it might function 2,000 extra buses to accommodate travellers through the Ugadi and Eid al-Fitr festivals.

With Ugadi on March 30 and Eid al-Fitr anticipated on March 31, the KSRTC has organized additional bus providers from Bengaluru to varied locations between March 28 and 30. Return providers from completely different places again to Bengaluru will probably be obtainable on March 31, in accordance with an official assertion.

Moreover, buses from Mysuru Street Bus Station will cater to travellers heading to Mysuru, Hunsur, Piriyapatna, Virajpet, Kushalanagar, and Madikeri.

Premium providers from the BMTC bus station in Shanthinagar will run to locations in Tamil Nadu and Kerala, together with Madurai, Kumbakonam, Chennai, Coimbatore, Tiruchi, Palakkad, Thrissur, and Kozhikode.

The KSRTC has additionally enabled advance reserving for these particular providers via its computerised reservation system.
