The Belagavi police in Karnataka Monday arrested an interfaith couple for allegedly killing their new child by dumping her in a rubbish bin. Mahabalesh Kamoji, 31, and Simran alias Muskan, 22, from the Abadgatti village close to Kittur, had been in a relationship for 3 years and have been set to marry quickly regardless of opposition from their households, the police mentioned.
