Appearing on a petition filed by the Folks’s Union for Civil Liberties (PUCL) relating to the current police capturing of a murder-accused man in Hubballi, the Karnataka Excessive Court docket on Tuesday directed the state to observe the Supreme Court docket tips on police encounters.
