China-based personal fairness agency Sensible Street Capital is considering the sale of UTAC Holdings, a semiconductor meeting and testing firm, reported Bloomberg, citing sources.

Sensible Street has engaged an undisclosed adviser to discover a possible sale of UTAC, which might worth the corporate at roughly $3bn (S$3.93bn), the sources instructed the publication.
