“Whereas the federal government, performing on the court docket’s earlier instructions, had discovered sure encroachments and eliminated some, the BBMP had granted permission to personal people to assemble buildings. This reveals that the BBMP had not even bothered to establish the authenticity of paperwork whereas granting constructing permission,” the bench noticed.
