‘Substantial grounds’ for rejecting L&T bid for Mumbai elevated road and tunnel projects, MMRDA tells SC | India News

The Mumbai Metropolitan Area Improvement Authority (MMRDA) on Thursday informed the Supreme Courtroom that there have been “substantial grounds” for rejecting the technical bid of Larsen and Toubro (L&T) for the proposed roughly Rs 6,000 crore Mumbai Elevated Street Venture and the Rs 8,000 crore Street Tunnel Venture.
