Warner Bros Discovery shareholders vote against whopping $52 million pay package for CEO David Zaslav | Business News

Most Warner Bros Discovery shareholders, who voted on the organisation’s 2025 annual assembly, expressed disapproval of CEO David Zaslav’s and different prime executives’ compensation packages.

Warner Bros. Discovery’s board launched a press release saying, “The Warner Bros. Discovery Board of Administrators appreciates the views of all its shareholders and takes the outcomes of the annual advisory vote on govt compensation severely.
