Accused of stealing, a 24-year-old man from Kashmir was apprehended by police from the premises of a authorities hospital in Jammu on Tuesday morning, and allegedly paraded shirtless on the bonnet of a police automobile. After a video of the incident went viral, Jammu SSP Joginder Singh has ordered a departmental inquiry into the matter.
