A 21-year-old bike rider was arrested on suspicion of vehicular murder after a deadly crash in Denver’s Globeville neighborhood, police stated Friday.
The crash occurred close to southbound Interstate 25 and Park Avenue West at about 8:30 p.m. Thursday, in response to the Denver Police Division.
The crash closed southbound I-25 from I-70 to twentieth Road for over two hours.
A passenger on the bike died from their accidents and the motive force, Jacob Blackmon was arrested Friday.
Velocity is suspected as an element within the crash, Denver police stated. Blackmon is being held within the Downtown Detention Middle with out bail and is ready to seem in courtroom July 14, in response to jail information.
