Karnataka BJP MLA Byrathi Basavaraj and 4 others have been booked in reference to the homicide of a realtor in Bengaluru on Tuesday night.

The police have registered a case below Part 103 (homicide) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). A police officer mentioned Kumar had a felony file with many circumstances in opposition to him.
