ICICI Bank Q1 net profit up 15.5% to Rs 12,768 cr | Business News

Non-public sector lender ICICI Financial institution on Saturday reported a 15.5 per cent progress in its revenue after tax (PAT) at Rs 12,768 crore within the April-June quarter of the present fiscal, in comparison with Rs 11,059 crore in the identical interval of the earlier fiscal.

Recoveries and upgrades of NPAs, excluding write-offs and sale, have been Rs 3,211 crore as in opposition to Rs 3,292 crore within the year-ago interval.

The financial institution wrote off gross NPAs amounting to Rs 2,359 crore within the reporting quarter. The provisioning protection ratio on non-performing loans was 75.3 per cent at June 30, 2025.

Its complete advances elevated by 11.5 per cent year-on-year to Rs 13.64 lakh crore at June 30, 2025. The online home advances grew by 12 per cent year-on-year. The retail mortgage portfolio grew by 6.9 per cent year-on-year, and comprised 52.2 per cent of the entire mortgage portfolio at June 30, 2025.

The financial institution’s complete period-end deposits elevated by 12.8 per cent year-on-year to Rs 16.08 lakh crore.

Its complete capital adequacy ratio at June 30, 2025 was 16.97 per cent and customary fairness tier 1 (CET-1) ratio was 16.31 per cent.
