King Soopers will shut a retailer in Centennial subsequent month.
The grocery chain’s final day at 5050 E. Arapahoe Street might be Aug. 16, in response to an organization spokeswoman, including staff are being given the chance to switch to different shops.
The transfer is part of a bigger plan by its Cincinnati-based guardian firm Kroger. Final month, the corporate stated it could shut 60 shops over the subsequent 18 months.
There’s one other King Soopers 1.25 miles north of the one that may shut.
No different Colorado closures have been introduced.
In Denver, a King Soopers is beneath building at 4201 E. Arkansas Ave. It’s going to substitute the present retailer at 825 S. Colorado Blvd.
