The case of a Colorado Springs Police sergeant accused of intimidating a 10-year-old witness was dismissed final week.
Prosecutors with the Fourth Judicial District Lawyer’s Workplace advised Decide Michael Henry throughout a July 28 listening to that they didn’t have sufficient proof to convict Sgt. Glenn Eric Thomas, based on reporting from the Colorado Springs Gazette.
