Denver approves $1.1M settlement over police conduct in 2020 protests

The Denver Metropolis Council on Monday authorized a $1.06 million payout to 6 individuals who sued the town, alleging police violated their constitutional rights by utilizing less-lethal weapons through the 2020 George Floyd protests.
