Caitlin Clark on Saturday introduced that she was slapped with a $200 wonderful by the WNBA. The league took difficulty with Clark’s social media remark after the Indiana Fever received Recreation 2 towards the Atlanta Dream of their first-round collection. The injured level guard had reacted to viral pictures of her courtside celebration following the group’s Recreation 2 victory.
Clark made two separate feedback, certainly one of which was directed on the officers. She wrote, “Refs couldn’t cease us,” in response to a video capturing a number of moments when she and her teammates spilled onto the sideline throughout the celebration. The WNBA didn’t recognize the two-time All-Star calling out the referees and handed her a harsh punishment.
Indiana Fever photographer Bri Lewerke took a hilarious jab on the WNBA for fining Clark. She shared a publish highlighting the information on her Instagram story and added an unmissable remark, virtually as if pleading with followers to rally behind the previous Iowa standout.
“Pray for Caitlin Clark,” Lewerke wrote.

Earlier on Saturday, Caitlin Clark laughed off the WNBA’s choice to wonderful her, joking in regards to the punishment. She even vowed to proceed being a menace on the sidelines throughout the semifinal collection towards the Las Vegas Aces.
“Acquired fined $200 for this lol😂😂😂😂😂BENCH MOB WILL BE EVEN MORE ROWDY TOMORROW LETS GOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!” Clark tweeted.
The semifinal collection between the Fever and Aces will tip off on Sunday. Not like the first-round matchup, which was a best-of-three, the penultimate spherical of the playoffs might be a best-of-five collection. In the meantime, Clark will play no additional half within the postseason as she has been dominated out for the rest of the season.

After Caitlin Clark revealed she had been fined by the WNBA, social media was abuzz with followers flooding the web with candid reactions. Even Sophie Cunningham couldn’t maintain again, dropping an epic response as she trolled the league for its choice to punish Clark.

Clark and Cunningham have been actively concerned in hyping up their teammates from the sidelines throughout the Fever’s first-round victory. The duo will look to be much more energetic and vocal throughout the semifinals, motivating their teammates in each method they’ll.
