Justice M G S Kamal, who heard the petition, directed RSS representatives to file a recent software with the Kalaburagi district administration for the procession. The route march was scheduled at Chittapur, within the constituency represented by Karnataka Data Know-how/Biotechnology Minister Priyank Kharge, who had just lately sought a ban on RSS actions at authorities land and properties.
