Karnataka chief minister Basavaraj Bommai slammed the Congress on Saturday for “taking part in filthy ways” after posters with the BJP chief’s picture – together with a QR code with “PayCM” written above them – have been circulated in Bengaluru this week. “By (the) PayCM marketing campaign, the Congress is doing soiled politics.
