Talking in a December 2022 interview, O’Day declared she would at all times have love for her “soulmate.”
“However I noticed him select a life that was inauthentic – for standing, energy, no matter it’s,” stated the singer, who reportedly felt “so upset in what he grew to become.”
“After I say that [he] was my soulmate, I am not going to lie. I am a really trustworthy individual, so I am not going to say, ‘Oh, I had nothing to do with him. He is ridiculous.’ Like, no, he was identical to me,” she spilled.
O’Day reportedly witnessed how Don Jr.’s need for a platform “turned him into a distinct human.”
She continued: “I’ve actually been that since I used to be younger, and I’ve at all times been closely empathetic. I’ve a bleeding coronary heart, and I rise up for individuals that do not have a voice. And when I’ve it, I’ll use as a lot of it as I can to push agendas for those that should be seen. And he liked all of these issues about me. And the person you are seeing now in all probability would not.”
