ABO Vitality has accomplished the sale of a 4.4GW wind power portfolio, to Finnish power firm Fortum.
The transaction covers 29 wind energy tasks throughout Finland, with a money and debt-free buy worth of €40m ($46.3m).
The preliminary buy worth has already been made and 5 ABO Vitality workers will transfer to Fortum.
The settlement was disclosed in July 2025 by means of an advert hoc announcement after the contract was signed.
