Authorities charged 5 individuals – Bruce “Tea” Epperson, Eddie Barreto, Grant “Dizzy” McIver, John “John John” Nicolas and his brother, Roy – with working a classy narcotics distribution community that marketed illicit medicine on social media platforms like Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok and Telegram.
A sixth suspect, Sophia Haley Marks, 20, was busted in 2023, accused of promoting De Niro’s grandson, Leandro De Niro Rodriguez, the drugs that led to his deadly overdose on July 2, 2023.
Authorities stated Marks purchased the drugs she offered to Leandro from the drug crew busted on October 30. Leandro, 19, was the one little one of the Raging Bull star’s oldest daughter, Drena.
In accordance with texts discovered on Leandro’s telephone, Marks was planning to promote him three oxycodone drugs and two Xanax tablets for $105.
Marks, whose avenue title is the “Percocet Princess,” warned him about their efficiency.
