Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren has requested the Election Fee (EC) for a replica of Governor Ramesh Bais’s request to the ballot panel for a relook of its opinion on the mining case.
Soren despatched the letter on October 31 after Bais, in a TV interview, stated he had despatched the primary EC letter for a second opinion to keep away from prejudice.
