Plainview fire in Arvada burns 100 acres near Coal Creek Canyon

A grass hearth on the entrance of Coal Creek Canyon in Arvada burned over 100 acres, sparked pre-evacuation warnings and closed roads on Saturday morning, hearth officers mentioned.
