International Secretary Yvette Cooper has hit again at President Trump’s criticism of the UK response to the battle in Iran.
Showing on Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg, Cooper mentioned: “It will not shock you that we do not agree with President Trump on each concern.”
It is the prime minister’s job to “take selections within the UK’s nationwide curiosity… not within the curiosity of every other nation”, she added.
In a social media publish, the US president had earlier mentioned the UK was contemplating sending plane carriers to the Center East. He appeared dismissive of the transfer, writing: “We do not want folks that be part of Wars after we have already gained!”
