(AP) — A Georgia prosecutor has dropped the costs towards a young person who police say was driving the truck that struck and killed a beloved highschool trainer when a prank turned lethal, the teenager’s lawyer stated. The sufferer’s household had requested authorities to drop the costs.
The 40-year-old trainer, Jason Hughes, died after being taken to a hospital late on March 6, the Corridor County Sheriff’s Workplace stated. Jayden Ryan Wallace, 18, was arrested on a felony cost of vehicular murder, and 4 different teenagers have been charged with misdemeanors.
