Turkey’s effort to finish its buy of F-16 jets can be “a lot simpler” if Republicans find yourself controlling the U.S. Senate, President Tayyip Erdogan was quoted on Saturday by Anadolu and different Turkish media as saying.

“My hope is that the following month is crammed with some excellent news and we progress in a really constructive path on the F-16 problem,” Erdogan was quoted as telling reporters on a flight from Uzbekistan.
“If the Republicans declare the few seats they want in Senate, issues might be a lot simpler for us.”
