The Congress has demanded lecture rooms and college infrastructure be painted within the colors of the nationwide flag. The state’s communications chief, Priyank Kharge, mentioned, “Why solely saffron? You declare to be essentially the most nationalistic celebration in impartial India so paint it in tri-colour.
