‘Deeply touched’ Assam CM Sarma directs official to shift child to Bengaluru | Bengaluru

Assam chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma visited Gauhati Medical Faculty & Hospital on Tuesday and met a specifically abled little one, who was present process therapy there. He additionally requested the hospital superintendent to ship the kid to Bengaluru for therapy upon enquiring about it from his mom.

“Deeply touched by this love and affection of a specially-abled little one who’s present process remedy at Gauhati Medical Faculty & Hospital. As per his mom’s request, instructed the GMCH Superintendent to make preparations for additional therapy of the child in Bangalore,” Sarma tweeted.

Earlier in September, medical doctors at a personal hospital in Bengaluru made headlines after saving the lifetime of a six-month-old little one from West Bengal who was recognized with a liver illness known as biliary atresia, a uncommon situation present in one amongst 12,000 children. The surgeons carried out a 12-hour surgical procedure which turned out to be a profitable one and gave the kid a brand new life. Biliary atresia is a blockage within the tubes (ducts) that carry bile from the liver to the gallbladder. This congenital situation happens when ducts inside or exterior the liver don’t develop usually.
