New Delhi [India], December 4 (ANI): Congress chief Rahul Gandhi on Sunday accused the BJP of spending huge quantities of cash to destroy his picture.

Sharing a YouTube video hyperlink, Rahul posted on his official Twitter deal with, “Examine the reality of my media picture”.

The video, which purportedly has Rahul Gandhi’s voiceover and bears the Congress’ ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ brand, claims that the saffron social gathering was spending an enormous amount of cash to defame his picture.

“Media used to reward me after I first got here into politics in 2004. Nevertheless, since I raised two points — Niyamgiri and Bhatta Parsaul — in 2008-09, the media began concentrating on me,” Rahul is purportedly heard saying within the video.

“The second I raised the questions on land and began to defend the rights of the poor on their land is when the entire Tamasha (drama) began,” he purportedly heard saying within the video.

“We introduced tribal cash guidelines, reserved forest guidelines, land acquisition coverage and so they (Media) began writing towards me,” Rahul is additional heard saying purportedly.

“They (BJP) have spent crores to spoil my picture,” stated the recorded voice, believed to be Rahul’s, including, “…folks suppose that it would damage my picture, nevertheless it doesn’t work.”

Rahul purportedly added, “The extra they spend on spoiling my picture, the extra will likely be my resolve. If you happen to compete with superpowers, private assaults are sure to be there. However such assaults inform me that I’m transferring in the fitting route.” (ANI)
