Bengaluru’s BMTC – Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Company – is all set to get a fleet of 921 extra electrical buses after signing an settlement with a subsidiary of Tata Motors on Friday.

The subsidiary, TML Good Metropolis Mobility Options, will provide the low-floor electrical buses and likewise be liable for their operation and upkeep within the metropolis for a interval of 12 years.

BMTC put out a round notifying that the settlement has been signed, and mentioned that the deal might be carried out underneath the FAME-II scheme, which offers incentives for the adoption of electrical and hybrid automobiles.
