Airtel acquires strategic stake in Bengaluru-based tech start-up Lemnisk | Bengaluru

Telecom operator Bharti Airtel on Tuesday introduced that it has acquired a “strategic stake” in Lemnisk (Immensitas Non-public Restricted) beneath its Begin-Up Accelerator Programme.

The Airtel Begin-up Accelerator Programme, part of Airtel Digital, invests in early-stage start-ups engaged on applied sciences that add strategic worth to Airtel’s enterprise choices. This system provides start-ups the chance to deploy their applied sciences and functions at a large scale.

The introduced deal, in keeping with an official assertion by the telecom operator, is topic to all relevant statutory approvals.

Lemnisk is a Bengaluru-based start-up that provides real-time advertising and marketing automation and safe buyer knowledge platform (CDP) able to orchestrating 1-to-1 personalization and cross-channel buyer journeys at a scale that will increase conversions, retention, and progress for enterprises, the assertion by Airtel mentioned.

“This shall be achieved throughout Airtel’s digital companies together with Advert-tech (Airtel Advertisements), Digital Leisure (Wynk Music and Airtel Xstream) and Digital Market (Airtel Thanks App). In future, Airtel plans to supply this service to its enterprise prospects by Airtel IQ, which is the world’s first network-integrated Cloud Platform as a Service (CPaaS). The platform will enable enterprises to create a nimble, scalable, and omni-channel engagement for its prospects,” it added.

Talking concerning the funding, Adarsh Nair, CEO – of Airtel Digital mentioned: “We’re delighted to welcome Lemnisk into the Airtel Begin-Up accelerator program and be part of our digital innovation engine. We see nice potential on this alliance and along with Lemnisk we purpose to create the world’s largest CDP platform.”

Nair added Lemnisk’s real-time advertising and marketing automation engine is a pure match for Airtel, the place over 350 million prospects work together with manufacturers each day by a number of contact factors.
