The Nationwide Investigation Company (NIA) on Friday filed the cost sheet in opposition to 11 folks, allegedly arrested for organising terrorist coaching camps and recruiting members for the banned outfit Widespread Entrance of India (PFI) in Telangana, folks in know of the developments mentioned.

The accused had been booked underneath Sections 120-A (legal conspiracy by two or extra individuals), 120-B (legal conspiracy for critical offence), 153-A (selling enmity between two completely different teams) and 141 (illegal meeting) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), apart from Part 17, 18, 18A and 18B of the Illegal Actions (Prevention) Act, 1967.

The accused had been recognized as: Abdul Khader, Abdul Ahad, Shaik Shadullah, Shaik Imran, Syed Yahiya Sameer and Mohd Abdul Mubeen (all from Nizamabad); Abdul Saleem and Mohd Osman from Jagtial; Feroz Khan from Adilabad; Mohammad Irfan from Karimnagar and Shaik Iliyas Ahmed from Nellore, Andhra Pradesh.

“Additional investigations within the matter are ongoing,” the NIA assertion mentioned.

Throughout the crackdown on the PFI activists in September, the NIA groups had raided the premises of the PFI state headquarters in Telangana’s Chandrayangutta and seized some digital devices and flags from the workplace and later sealed the workplace constructing,

The NIA groups additionally raided eight different locations in Telangana’s Karimnagar, Adilabad and Nizamabad districts. Related raids had been carried out within the Autonagar space of Andhra Pradesh’s Guntur district and likewise in Kurnool.
