The nation’s largest personal sector lender HDFC Financial institution on Saturday reported an 18.5 per cent improve in its standalone internet revenue at ₹12,259.5 crore for the third quarter ended December 2022.
The financial institution had earned a internet revenue of ₹10,342.2 crore within the corresponding quarter of the earlier fiscal yr.
Complete earnings on a standalone foundation rose to ₹51,207.61 crore within the October-December quarter of FY23, as towards ₹40,651.60 crore in the identical interval of the earlier monetary yr, HDFC Financial institution stated in a regulatory submitting.
On the asset high quality facet, financial institution’s gross non-performing belongings (NPAs) remained flat at 1.23 per cent of gross advances as of December 30, 2022.
Internet NPAs too was flat at 0.33 per cent as in comparison with 0.37 per cent on the finish of December 2021.

Provisions and contingencies for the quarter ended December 31, 2022 have been ₹2,806.4 crore as towards ₹2,994 crore for the year-ago quarter, it stated.
Internet curiosity earnings (curiosity earned much less curiosity expended) for the quarter ended December 31, 2022 grew by 24.6 per cent to ₹22,987.8 crore from ₹18.443.5 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2021, it stated.
Core internet curiosity margin was at 4.1 per cent on whole belongings, and 4.3 per cent primarily based on curiosity incomes belongings.
