Budget to focus on farmers, poor, says Karnataka CM Bommai | Bengaluru

Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai on Saturday mentioned that he would current a price range that might give attention to farmers and the poor.

He added that he would take a choice on the Price range within the upcoming assembly on January 17.

“We’ll launch a scheme for girls and ladies. This can assist them to deal with their day-to-day issues and can assist them to steer their lives. The scheme shall be titled Stree Samarthya Yojana (Girls Empowerment Scheme),” he added.

Whereas slamming Congress over its election promise to offer 200 items of electrical energy freed from price, Bommai mentioned, “Congress is getting ready to collapse. ESCOMs are in debt due to the grand outdated occasion providing freebies.”

“Congress is deceptive folks by asserting freebies and has said that they are going to give ₹9,000 crore for schemes however they are going to stay solely phrases and won’t be applied by them,” he added.

Whereas speaking concerning the reservation of Panchamasalis and Vokkaligas, Bommai added, “Now we have achieved this inside one week, Congress is attempting to achieve political mileage from this complete quota row.”

The State Price range for 2023-24 shall be tabled in February and already two rounds of discussions have been held with the Finance Division on this regard.

Karnataka Legislative Meeting elections are scheduled to happen later this 12 months.
