Siddaramaiah questions Modi for visiting Karnataka only for political ‘gains’ | Bengaluru

Former Karnataka Chief Minister and Congress chief Siddaramaiah on Wednesday stated he has no points with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s go to to the state however questioned his solely “political causes” behind these visits.

Addressing the press in Bagalkot, Siddaramaiah hit out at Narendra Modi for his go to to Karnataka on January 12 and January 19, as was confirmed by the Chief Minister of Karnataka Basavaraj Bommai.

“I do not say Modi should not come to Karnataka, he is the PM, however the situation is he comes just for political causes,” Siddaramaiah stated.

The previous CM once more emphasised that he would contest from one constituency this time.

The Congress chief confirmed confidence in his celebration and stated, “Congress will win a minimal of 130 and most of 150 seats and authorities shall be fashioned for positive. There isn’t a distinction within the celebration. We’ll battle elections altogether.”

Whereas talking about his constituencies, Siddaramaiah stated, “We contest from the place individuals love us. I’ve contested earlier than from Koppal, Varuna and Chamundeshwari. It is individuals who resolve our destiny.”

“In Congress, we have now a parliamentary committee and the MLAs are those who resolve who the CM shall be,” added Siddaramaiah.
