Karnataka to remain dry, minimum temp to be 2-4 degrees below normal: IMD | Bengaluru

Indian Meteorological Division (IMD) on Thursday predicted dry climate in Karnataka owing to mild to average south-eastern and japanese winds which is prevailing over the state’s decrease tropospheric ranges.

Predicting primarily clear skies over the state, the met division stated that the state might observe shallow to average fog in the course of the early morning hours in some areas in the course of the subsequent 48 hours.

“The minimal temperature will stay 3 to 4 notches under regular at remoted locations within the state in the course of the subsequent 24 hours and a pair of to three notches under regular in the course of the subsequent 48 hours,” knowledgeable IMD.

Dry climate can also be predicted to prevail over the state in the course of the subsequent 48 hours.

In the meantime, Bagalkote district recorded the bottom minimal temperature of 11-degree Celsius within the plains, as per the IMD.

Other than clear skies, IMD additionally predicted most and minimal temperatures of round 30 and 14 diploma Celsius respectively in the course of the subsequent 48 hours.
