A toddler was killed and one other was severely injured on Thursday after they had been hit by a prepare alongside a railway line within the western German city of Recklinghausen, native authorities stated.
Bild newspaper stated the victims had been dragged by a freight prepare for a number of hundred meters (yards).
“It is horrible.
