Day after Rahul Gandhi’s speech in Parliament loaded with allegations towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP MP Nishikant Dubey on Wednesday wrote to the Lok Sabha Speaker to maneuver a breach of movement towards Rahul Gandhi. In his letter, Dubey wrote the allegations are baseless, derogatory and weren’t supported by paperwork. A few of the remarks have been later expunged from the report.

“These statements are deceptive, derogatory, indecent, unparliamentary, undignified and incriminatory in nature to the dignity of the Home and Prime Minister being a Member of Lok Sabha. Rahul Gandhi, regardless of making a press release within the Home that he would supply documentary proof has not submitted any duly authenticated doc for supporting his statements,” the BJP MP wrote.

“This conduct is in clear violation of privileges of Home and its members moreover being a transparent case of contempt of the Home. I request you to take fast motion towards Rahul Gandhi for breach of privilege and contempt of Home,” he stated.

Rahul Gandhi’s remarks drew a pointy response from regulation minister Kiren Rijiju within the Home who requested him to not stage “wild allegations” towards PM Modi. Rahul Gandhi displayed sure pictured within the Home which was disapproved by the Speaker. “In the event you present posters, they (BJP) will present posters of the Rajasthan chief minister (with Adani). Parliament is just not for these items,” Speaker Om Birla stated.

Countering the allegations introduced by Rahul Gandhi, Nishikant Dubey on Tuesday stated Congress had been favoured by Tata, Birla and Ambani. Even some industrialists, who owned giant newspapers, have been members of the Congress occasion, he stated.
