In a press assertion Saturday, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia detailed that the Lieutenant Governor’s “distinction of opinion” rationale lies on shaky floor as he didn’t observe the correct procedures.

“It’s written within the legal guidelines that the duties of the Lieutenant Governor contain dialogue with the [chief] minister first after which with the Cupboard. The Kejriwal authorities’s determination can’t be reversed after 4 years,” AAP tweeted, sharing a clip of Sisodia’s press assertion on the matter.
