MILAN, Feb 10 (Reuters) – Jayne-Anne Gadhia, founder of cash managing software Snoop and former Virgin Cash chief government, has stepped down from the board of UniCredit (CRDI.MI) with quick impact, the Italian financial institution stated on Friday.
Gadhia final month took on the chairmanship of digital wealth supervisor Moneyfarm, changing co-founder Paolo Galvani to work alongside CEO and co-founder Giovanni Daprà.
Gadhia was on the helm of Virgin Cash, the digital financial institution of Britain’s Virgin group, for greater than a decade till its itemizing in 2018.
UniCredit stated Gadhia had determined to step down “because of a brand new dedication” and would stay as an adviser to the financial institution.
UniCredit’s present board comes up for renewal in spring 2024.
