Feb 21 (Reuters) – Sovereign wealth fund Abu Dhabi Funding Authority (ADIA) is among the many events contemplating a bid for a 34% stake in Related British Ports that could possibly be valued at about 2 billion kilos ($2.42 billion) or extra, Bloomberg Information reported on Tuesday.
Stonepeak Companions LP and British Columbia Funding Administration Corp are among the many different buyers within the stake being offered by the Canada Pension Plan Funding Board (CPPIB), the report stated, citing folks accustomed to the matter.
Deliberations are within the early phases, the report stated, including that different suitors, together with present shareholders, may additionally emerge.
