Uber — The ride-sharing platform’s shares gained 2.5% after Bloomberg reported that the corporate is weighing a possible spinoff of its freight logistics unit.

Silvergate Capital — Shares slid 36% after the corporate introduced it’s going to wind down operations and liquidate Silvergate Financial institution. The information comes a couple of week after the financial institution warned it could not have the ability to proceed working and follows a collection of monetary challenges and authorities investigations within the aftermath of the collapse of FTX, which was a buyer of the financial institution.

Fossil — The style equipment firm’s shares rose 2%. Regardless of Fossil reporting a 17% drop in income for the fourth quarter, shares rose after CEO Kosta Kartsotis acknowledged the corporate’s dedication to enhancing its financials by means of its Rework and Develop technique.
